The detection and localisation of dynamic objects in an ever changing environment poses a big challenge. Both the selection of the necessary sensors and the optimal conception of the data processing algorithms to solve this task are of major importance. The MSIP group for multi sensor based image processing is dealing with the research and development of object recognition systems, with a focus on the analysis of an image. One of our core competences is the combination of different sensor data to increase the performance of the detection and tracking algorithms. MSIP is a research group that consist of researcher and Ph.D. students of the Chemnitz, University of Technology as well of the FusionSystems GmbH Company. |
